1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and betika ("we", "platform", or "company"). This document governs all use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by betika.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the betika platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms;
• You are aged 21 or above and legally eligible to participate in betting activities within your jurisdiction;
• Your use of the betika platform in your location is lawful;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the betika platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

7.2 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

• Matches postponed and not resumed within 12 hours — all bets will be refunded;

• System errors, internet disruptions, or technical issues that result in an incomplete game round will lead to the cancellation of that round and a refund of the bet;
• Outcomes confirmed by the system are final and cannot be disputed.

8.2 Slots & Progressive Jackpots

• Betika's progressive jackpot accumulates from wagers placed by all players and is paid out to eligible winners;
• Jackpot winnings exceeding RM 10,000 may require identity verification before payout;
• Betika does not pay out winnings resulting from the exploitation of software bugs or known technical vulnerabilities.

9Responsible Gaming

Betika takes our responsible gaming commitment seriously. We believe that betting is an enjoyable form of entertainment when approached with proper control and awareness.

9.1 Self-Control Tools

All betika members can access the following tools in their account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits;

11Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your betika account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, please ensure all active bets have been settled and all eligible balances have been withdrawn. betika will process closure requests within 5 business days.

11.2 Suspension by betika

Betika reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe;
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

The betika platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. betika is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform;
• Betting outcomes arising from valid game or sports results;
• Losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or force majeure;
• Any act or omission by a third party that affects our services.

Betika's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Betika reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide at least 7 days prior to any material changes taking effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.
